Just another pilsner. Maybe a bit fresher with some hops, but doesn’t stand out at all.

Botella de 50 cl. Lo mejor, el aspecto de la cerveza, con un color dorado muy bonito y una corona de espuma más que decente. Pero ahí acaba lo bueno. Nada de aroma, nada o muy poco sabor. Fin de la historia.

Originally rated on 5.4.2013. 330ml can. Another bulky lager with some mild hints of hoppiness and bready notes.

Can. Clear pale golden colour with white head. Aroma and taste of grainy malt, sour metallic hops and grassy finish. Metallic and dry mouthfeel. Medium appearance but boring lager.

Bottle (500 ml). Thanks to czar! Clear bright yellow with a medium quickly vanishing white head, no lacing. Aroma is of grain, corn, herbal notes and slight citrus. Taste is moderately sweet with grain, corn and grassy notes. Mouthfeel is watery. Body is thin. Unimpressive, even for a generic beer.

500ml bottle. Malty, some skunky aromas. Pours bright gold, clear, with vanishing white head. Average carbonation. light body, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, malty. Standard lager, nothing remarkable.

Bottle from the LCBO. Clear and bright golden body with lots of carbonation and a large angel-white head. Aroma and flavour are both bang on what I expected - sweetish grainy malt, moderate level of hops, decently balanced with a quick, grassy finish. A decent and inoffensive middle-of-the-road Eurolager that earns a bit of respect for at least being all malt.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2015 50cl bottle. Faint aroma of washing water from beer kettle. Looks extremely pale, more green that yellow, empty, frothy head and minimum carbonation. Does not have much taste - take any premium lager from Mikkeller, dilute it 1:10 with water and you will have this one. And they dare to charge €1 per bottle for that. I am extremely disappointed. I used to be loyal to Tartu brewery (from the Estonian ones) - 10 years ago quality was much higher. The biggest disappointing, is that A. Le Coq head brewer named this beer its favourite (I secretly hoped it will be Porter or Tõmmu Hiid). I hope they will switch to higher quality ingredients - after all, they do have knowledge, history and technology. Updated from 1.4 to 2.1 based on aluminium bottle, limited edition. Nice touch for a macro lager. Smoother beer than the bottles in the same pack.
