Very sweet and very much corn. Pours a very light yellow with a big foamy white top. Aroma is sweet malt and a little corn. Taste is again sweet with a grainy corn finish. Fairly unpleasant.

500ml bottle. A pale yellow body, medium white head, ragged lacing. Aroma of hay, cereals, stalled water, skunky. Taste of lemonade, sour and a touch of unpleasant bitterness, grass, malt sweetness, but with some good freshness.

Boutip (4828) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 21, 2012
Bottle: Poured a bright golden color lager with a large pure white foamy head. Aroma of sweet cereal notes is OK and somewhat bland. Taste is also dominated by sweet cereal notes. Body is on average for style with good carbonation. Too sweet for my taste but no major brewing flaws apart form being a bit too bland.

Have to admit it’s hard to rate this beer without making fun of the name. Sorry even us beer snobs get to be juvenile now and then. Very skunky scent that has already turned me off upon opening. Grass weeds and skunk. Yeah this is going to be great. Looks all right, light pale yellow pour with lots of head. The taste is better than the scent. Easy to drink, low carbonation. The head just won’t go away though. Not the best beer for a man with a stache. Overall it’s tolerable, the scent is enough of a turn off that I won’t be touching this again. If you like that skunky hops style you may like this more than I.

500ml bottle from the LCBO. pale yellow, white head. pretty decent pale lager with some genuine malt character and some late balancing hop bitterness. not offensive, just boring.
