2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
50cl bottle. Pours clear dark brown with small white head. Aroma almost bland, only light note of bread and carbonation. Taste is sweet, light bitter. Aftertaste almost stops completely after a while. Satisfactory alternative for getting wasted.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Red/Brown dark amber with off-white head wich disappers fast and isn’t very thick. Aroma of bitter, rosted dark bread, alcohol, caramel. Taste of fried dark bread, water, malt, caramel. Good for beside dark garlic bread.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
50 cl bottle at Sesoon (€ 2,20) in Tallinn, July 2014. Must have been at least 5 years since I last had it. Let’s see. Pours a nice reddish mahogany with a tan head, doesn’t stay long but doesn’t completely disappear either. Both aroma and taste are mostly caramelly and malty, slightly metallic too. Only a hint of bitterness in the short finish. Nose is sweeter than taste. Light body, mediumish lively carbonation. Was served very cold but it seems actually to be a whole lot better when at room temperature or slightly cooler; letting it warm also helps getting rid of some of the redundant carbonation, making the palate nice and smooth. Overall - it is very OK for a macro; years ago it must have been among the most drinkable local beers on the market. Today I’d say it’s really not far from the lower end of the craftier stuff we have in stores, maybe even better than some.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from trade with Marduk (Many Thanks!). Piwo brazowe z refleksami czerwieni i ciemnego bursztynu. Slodkie, karmelowe, brazowy cukier. Troche dla mnie za slodkie i karmelowe. Piana jest znosna choc niewielka ale wyglada ladnie, ale niestety tez szybko opada. Lekko gryzacy posmak w gardle i zbyt wysycone za bardzo. Piwo przecietne.
