Birra Artigianale ambrata, non pastorizzata, non filtrata. Rifermentata in bottiglia. Aspetto Schiuma beige compatta e molto persistente. Birra di colore ambrato intenso con riflessi mogano, libera da solidi in sospensione, perlage fine. Bouquet Aroma caratterizzato dalle importanti note di malti tostati dai quali affiorano delicate note di goudron e torba con note erbacee e lieve acidità. Al palato La leggerezza del corpo lascia spazio alla forte impronta di malti tostati, che risaltano sentori di cioccolato amaro, caffè e una leggera nota di affumicato. Tipologia Birra Ambrata scozzese - Volume alcolico 4,8% vol. Abbinamento suggerito Pesce spada, salmone affumicato o carni bianche alla brace, formaggi leggermente stagionati, primi piatti e pizze di base bianche abbastanza strutturati.

Bottle. A brown beer with a foamy off-white head. Bit of hard toffee, some slightly burnt brown sugar too in aroma. Easy notes of toffee in taste as well, hints of yeast as well. Some tartness, woody, slightly nutty and hints of smokyness towards the finish.

Bottled 0,75L. Dark amber color, good creamy head of discreet duration, pleasant bubbly aspect. Intense scoth and malty aroma, roast caramel, dark cereals, a little ash notes. Moderate bitter taste, round and solid mouth with an unusual elevated alcoholi perception, a little sweet final.

Hazy chestnut with medium sized creamy head. Aroma of roasted malt, mild, and light yeast impression. The body is lean; flavor of roasted malt and dark caramel, with ordinary bitterness, a bit nutty, with traces of yeast.
