courtesy of Oliver Bieri - slightly hazy amber-orange coloured and with a firm long lasting creamy head; correct lacework; light notes of solvent, aroma of pear and hazelnut; low carbonation and a soft palate; initially sweet and a late sourness; a decent malt backbone; the finish is corny and fruity (pear again) - interesting
