Mar 2, 2003 Delicious stout... roasty malt, slight chocolate with some nutty, creamy tones that balance everything out quite well. I can see it's porter-esqueness; fairly rich with a pretty big roasty sweetness. Good stuff.

Jul 16, 2007 Draught. Pours dark brown/black with a creamy head. Looks great. Aroma is full of dark chocolate, roasty malts, and coffee. Flavor is sweet chocolate, coffee beans, and a bit of hoppy bitterness. Manages to be, in turns, both sweet and bitter, and although the balance can be a bit strange, it’s quite enjoyable indeed.
