Pours black with a tan head. Has a roasted coffee and faint chocolate aroma. Taste is mildly roasted and sweet, seems a little thin but not bad overall.

Light aromas and flavors of coffee, chocolate and maybe some charcoal. Pours a nice opaque black with a small khaki head that left some lacing. Mouthfeel was slightly creamy but overall too thin. A decent stout I guess but nothing special.

Tap at brewpub. Coffee and chocolate taste pretty discreet, not much hops in there. A bit watery and served too cold... Still decent and enjoyable.

Aroma and taste, malty with good notes of chocolate that is not overly bitter. Some faint touch of coffee and roast. Sweet with a lactose/cream like mouthfeel and some caramel.

En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de chocolat et de céréales rôties. Apparence: La couleur est noire opaque. Présence d’un mince col beige mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de café et de chocolat. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Served nitro at this location, but not so at Ragtime. Lots of tan lacing and the characteristic thick and stable nitro head. Nitro affects the aroma, which includes pleasant charcoal notes. Creamy nitro mouthfeel. Lots of cocoa throughout. Smooth and good.

Near black with a nitro head. Pruney aroma with light chocolate accents and slight fruitiness. Good chocolate malt character with light dark fruit notes to add some nuance. Smooth body. Off-dry finish.

on nitro-pours a brown head and black color with red tint. Aroma is roasty dark malt-molasses, hint of acidic hops. Taste is roasty dark malt-molasses/chocolate, secondary earthy/acidic hops. Mild carbonation.

Black pour with a light tan head. Mostly roasted malt and a bit of chocolate in the nose. Flavor is similar. Slightly chalky at first, but this fades out for a nice chocolate/roast finish. Decent mouthfeel, but a little on the thin side. Pretty good.

On tap at the brewpub.Poured black as night with a nice khaki head.Nose was of roasted coffee and chocolate.Flavow was of roasted ness, chocolate and coffee.This was quite delicious.A nice roasty finish to this.
