UPDATED: FEB 20, 2010 Tap at brewpub, 9.5% ABV said the waitress. Golden strong beer, very smooth indeed, with fruity esters, delicate but enjoyable leafy hopping, not much sweetness or spicyness (a good thing for the style, imho). A very good beer but served too cold.

on tap-pours a white head that laces and yellow/gold color. Aroma is sweet-rock candy, perfumy. Taste is sweet-rock candy, light malt, secondary perfumy/spice hops. Smooth.
