Sampled at the Florida Brewers Guild Beerfest, March ’11. Best IPA of the festival. Dark hoppy tones with good malt balance. Cheers!

hopscotch (7521) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 13, 2007
Draft... Clear amber ale with a small, frothy, white head. Earthy, herbal nose... notes of juniper, earth and dried flowers. Nice malt flavor dwarfed by a liberal hop addition. Medium bitter with light caramel and toffee. Full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Caramel, bitter, dry finish.
