Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest malty-dry. Middle a bit washy. Finish dry again, some cinnamon hints, soft maltiness. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 pivnizub (7225) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 17, 2010
Bottle: Amber coloured, a bit unclear, rather quickly collapsing off-white head; clean sweetish-caramelly nose with a delicate toasty and hoppy touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft; slightly lingering sweetish toasty and caramelly finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite pleasant......
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 11, 2010
(bottle, 33cl, bought in Aalen two days ago) Clear, dark amber to brown colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Moderately toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel, candy sugar, marzipan and a nutty touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a shy touch of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Toasty malty body with notes of caramel and shy hints of cacao; sweet, slightly toasty malty and shy hop bitter finish. This is my second try, the first time I had this beer, it was totally infected (anyway thanks to Quack-Duck). The clerk in the shop in Aalen told me that the brewery had serious problems with infection and lost a lot of customers. Hopefully the problems have been solved. 06.X.10

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Amber color. Milk and rancid butter in the aroma. Buttermilk and tropical fruit in the flavor. Sharp, sour notes. Badly infected and totally paked with diacetyl. Buttermilk finish. What a shame....
