From a Getränkehalle in Aalen-Wasseralfingen. Swing top bottle. Grassy, citric aroma. Citrus and a firm grassy hopbitterness in the flavor. Nice refreshing beer, especially because of the lemon notes.

Hazy amber, slow carbonation. Malty beer, grain, bread. Some hops tp cope with the sweetness, but it ends up on the syrupys side. Rather boring.

Swingtop bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass surprisingly almost completely not tudbid. Starts very mild, modest yeasty-fruity, some lemon notes. Finish not only mild, but washy, modest dry. Disappointing...

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden with a greenish sheen, loose fluffy white head that slowly collapses; light to moderate grainy-dusty nose covering faint traces of herbal hops and fruity yeast; moderate bitter-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter mild hoppy and grainy finish. Unexciting, but pleasant.......

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly doughy and yeasty malty aroma with shy grainy notes and herbal, also subtle fruity hops. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly grainy malty taste with yeasty and herbal hoppy notes; medium-dry, sweet-bitter and slightly herbal and spicy hoppy finish. Pretty good. 13.IX.10

bottle from Toom Aalen. Hazy golden colour, large white head, lovely hopy nose with a promising floral hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied with a good malty backgorund. The floral hops are in the foreground, with grassy-resiny hops and just a tiny touch of citrus fruit. Lingering finish. A delicious Zwickel and well-crafted, as are all the beers from this brewery.

Clear yellow ith a big, white head. Dusty grain aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Sweet grain and hop flavour

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light buttery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (030808)

Bottle, 4.5%. Weak lagery aroma. Almost clear golden colour, very small white head. The flavour has a little dust and some fresh white bread. Medium bitterness. Well-balanced, but a little grainy in the finish.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is malts, hops and quite much saltwater along with grain. Flavour is very much the same along with some rather maizeish sweet hints.

Clear golden with large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild hoppy notes. Sweet flavor with fruity, caramel and mild hoppy notes leading it to a bitter finish.
