It’s dark, red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of plum, roasted malt, caramel, rasin and light chocolate. The flavour is sweet with notes of plum, raisinm, roasted malt, caramel, licorice, dark syrup, and the long finish has a dry, light bitterness with hints of orange and grapefruit. It’s very interesting and a fullbodied nice beer.

Flavor is also salty dominated by licorice and raisins, yeast comes up and lasts in still sweet aftertaste, thin cardboard also here. Nice one.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a brownish-red color with a tan head. The aroma is very heavy on the toffee and brown sugar/molasses notes. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of toffee and molasses notes, as well as a good bit of dark fruit such as cherries and figs. The alcohol is also quite present. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A decent Eisbock.
