Pours a clear and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt and caramel. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is thin with sweetness. Overall this beer is missing some hops and it is below average.

Pours amber with a beige head. Aroma is malt, sulfur and grass. Flavour is malt, grass and fruity notes. Light bitter. Watery.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with dense white head. Aroma citrus, cascade. Taste hoppy cascade, but not aggressive bitter as some APA, quite much malt. A good thirst quencher.

<Golden with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with a fruity touch and a bit of diacetyl. Sweet malty flavour

Københavnske Øldage 2011. Pours Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Sweet with aromas of grain and straw. Metallic hints towards the end. Light to medium bodied. Dry finish. Boring

Bottle at København ØLfestival 2011. Clear amber - offwhite head. Fruity, toasted, knækbrød, caramel, sweetness, light hoppy, nutty, light citrus. Boring.

Clear light amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - grapefruit and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery and a bit light bodied. 210511

bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard clear caramelly light brown, smooth offwhite head. faint note of flowery and bitter hops. American, but also "european" notes. The hop profile is very mild compared to american brews, intensty resembles english brewing styles. flavor is flowery, faint "sour socks", dryness, flowery. Dry mild and flowery beer, with a little bitterness. some malty notes too, especially in the aftertaste. Also very faint caramel.. Reminds me more of usual Danish macro beers, than it remind me of more daring craft brews. Don’t buy this if You are looking for an american style hopped ale. You’ll be disappointed. However, if You are after something a little better than the usual macro supermarket beer, this one is slightly more interesting. As usual with Aarhus, quality is fine, but the beer is just plain boring.

Hazy copper color. The aroma suggests some shy fruity hops; metallic aroma, light, with light grains too. Average body structure; the flavor is quite grainy, a bit of corn too; correct bitterness level, but it leaves a stale impression. Not very pleasant overall, there are smal flaws here and there.

Botella. Deep golden colour with a medium white head. Pleasant hoppy bit sweet and malty aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is rather mild with fruity hops, some malt, pleasant bitterness and bit sweet.
