Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. I loved the name and the anniversary concept, so I was hoping i would like it. Unfortunately it was very average. Red (rahter pale) color, no ehad at all. Fruity aroma of berries with some caramel. Fruity taste mostly of beeries, ripe red fruit some caramel, unfortunately most flavor are very faint. thin bodied.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and caramelish. Flavour subdued fruity, toasted caramelish and vague yeasty. Light bitter and mild fruity finish.

Chopp. Amber red colour. Sweetish fruity maltya roma. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet like with fruit, malt, caramel and some bitterness.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a deep amber color wit ha small off-white head. Has a fruity malty berry aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty spicy berry flavor with yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with yeasty hints.

<Amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a touch of dusty grain. Sweet grainy malt flavour

Københavnske Øldage 2011. Pours a clear red/brown with an off-white head. Quite sweet with malty aromas of caramel, grains and hints of cookies. Also hints of dates. Medium bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Dry finish with hints of metals.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy deep orange colour with a small quite quickly disappearing head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruits and berries along with some yeastyness. Flavour is malts, yeast, fruits, berries and some slight bloodlike metallic notes. Rather sweet finish and aftertaste.

Medium offwhite head. Deep amber body. Light fruity metallic wooden aroma with earthy peas notes. Dry-sweet fruity metallic earthy taste with mealy pea notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry fruity wooden mealy aftertaste with resiny notes. Nice. Highly drinkable. (0.1l draft at DBF’11.)

Sampled at CBF 2011. Color is red and clear. Has a light pink head, mostly lasting. Aroma of grain and faint sweet friuts. Moderate sweet flavor, light acid, light bitterness. Dry and creamy texture.
