faroeviking (4169), Faroese Beer Republic über, Denmark Sep 13, 2007 Bottle. Pours a pale golden colour with a big creamy mostly lasting white head leaving a good lacing. Fresh heavy aroma of hops, bit sweet with a moderate maltiness. Dry mouthfeel with a soft carbonation. Pleasant lightly sweet initial flavour with a moderate bitter hoppiness, grassy and a good maltiness. The finish has a good bitter and dry well lasting hoppiness. A good refreshing pilsener. I believe this is the filtered version of "Aarhus Den Grimmeste Pilsner".
