Flavour is much like a dry pilsner with a solid level of hops and a lingering floral note. Ends bitter and dry and a an increasing floral flavour.

Aroma of grassy hop, grain, pale malt. Slight bitter and grainy taste, quite watery. Not bad, but a doppelbock?? Grovlam (3086), Copenhagen, Denmark May 27, 2008 Bottle 75 cl brought from Skjold Burne in Århus. Small fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear somewhat flat looking body with a golden color. Aroma of grain, floral, mild caramel, hint of spice, citrus, herbal and hint of what could appear as liquorish. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and bitter flavor in a balanced mix. Light dry and grassy fresh bitter finish.
