Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear hazy medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, wheaty notes, strange cardboard - herb aroma. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average to short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [130908]

Draft at EBF 2008. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has light notes of sea-buckthorn and wheat. The flavor is very powerful with strong notes of citrus as well as notes of elderflowers, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the sea-buckthorn comes thru.

EBF08. Pours cloudy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, fresh and some light herbal hop. Flavour is malt, fresh and a slight hint of the ocean. Strange.

Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is unique fruit and berry-like. Flavour is also unique, but quite unpleasant berry-like. Dry with some malt in the background

(On tap) Pours a very cloudy golden with a small white head. Discreet fruity aroma. Light body with starnge cardboardish edges and a dry and lightly bitter finish. Very unusual. 130908

Muddy blond color, thin creamy head. Some smell of closet and light citrus (orange juice). Medium body, light grainy flavor, medium to strong bitterness, maybe too harsh at the very end. Not interesting.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2008 Draught at EBF. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty chewing gum like aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Tastes like sodapop. Watery palate. Interresting experiment but not good.

Sampled at EBF2008. Pours a nice amber colored beer. The aroma is fruits with mild citrus. The flavor has fruits and some hops. The mouthfeel leaves a little bitterness and dryness. Overall an average beer. 1/4 of an experiment with different herbs, spices and fruits.
