Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, elderberry, sewer. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, and a salty finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [130908]

Draft at EBF 2008. A brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of elderberries and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of salt, elderberries, and caramel. The body is light.

Dark brown color, creamy head. It has some malty aroma characterizing many average Danish beers. It has a medium to weak body, some roasted malt flavor, and, besides some burnt malt, a remarkable absence of hops. Maybe there is some salt on the tongue at the end. Not successful.

Sampled at EBF2008. Pours a nice amber colored beer. The aroma is fruits with a little spices. The flavor has some berries. The mouthfeel leaves a little bitterness. Overall an average beer. 1/4 of an experiment with different herbs, spices and fruits.
