Draft at EBF 2008. A clear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has strong notes of elderflowers on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers and malt as well as lighter notes of honey and citrus.

EBF08. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, elderberry and some perfune. Flavour is sweet malt, light elderberry. Dry aftertaste.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, virtually none head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, flowers - elderflower light notes, honey sweet notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [130908]

Yellow with a small white head. Fruity and herbal aroma. Sweet fruity flavour with herbal notes in the finish.

(On tap) Clear golden with a small, white head. Lightly fruity aroma with a whiff of elderflower. Medium body with fairly sweet malt - some of the sweetness probably also deriving from the honey. A decent summer quencher. 130908

EBF2008. It’s golden with an OK head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of fruit. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, caramel, light elderflower and honey.

Draught at EBF 2008. Maybe the best of the four test-beers. Golden colour wiht a small white head. Sweet taste of malts and honey. Smooth palate.

Clear golden with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with floral hops and elderflowers. Sweet fruity flavour with floral hops, caramel and elderflowers. Ends mild bitter.
