Caramel malt, slight orange fruity and mild spiced aroma, not the strongest aroma. Has a mild breadish note too. Flavour starts sweet with an orange citric twist, has nice caramel malt mixing in with cloves. Medium bitterness in the finish. Nice and mild Christmas brew. Clearly shouldn’t be served too cold. charlotte (1165), Vanløse, Denmark Nov 30, 2007 Light amber colour with medium head, aroma of orange and liqueur, with note of cloves, not like many others christmas beers.
