COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Yellow beer, with mossy shine, little head. Dry, plywood, solvent & arachide in the nose. Solvent, old speculoos and spicy yeastesters. Aggressive MF, pretty full bodied, bit oily. A spicy mess, ouch.

Medium offwhite head. Amber body with light carbonation. Grainy strawy earthy aroma with papery notes. Dry-sweet grainy caramelly rye crisp bread taste with dusty cinnamon notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, smooth mouthfeel. Dry, almost bitter, grainy herbal rye crisp bread afteraste with roasty dandelion notes. Taste is quite nice, but loses a little because of the sharp bitterness. (0.6l bottle, gift from family.)

28-NOV-2011, bottle @home, from "Bilka". Thin’ish red with lasting beige head at the rim. Spicey, malty and sweet. Caramel and bread with spices, but just too sweet for my liking. Naahhhh. Boring.

600 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 6.0%. Copper colour, moderate off-white head. Nice aroma of orange peel and hops, hints of spices. Refreshing flavour, notes of oranges, cloves and hops, nice bitterness in the finish. Quite enjoyable. Must be excellent with the Danish Christmas duck.
