COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Denne kaldtes for Juletønden.

Bottle. 8.0%. Best before 09.14. Pours a clear dark red/brown with a light tan head. Decent lacing. Malty and dark fruit aroma. Somewhat salty note. Flavour is malty and wit hdar kfruit notes as well, somewhat bitter and a bit tart. Slightly oxidised. Finish is tart with alcohol bordering a grainy note. Lingering mild alcohol burn and a light apple note. A bit too much carbonation. Overall okay, but nothing special. 26.02.14.

60cl bottle. Courtesy of Papsoe. Sweet, roasty, spicy and fruity aromas, some kind of berries. Pours very dark, hazy, with small tan head, but persistent, some lacework. Taste is a symphony of flavours grading from roasted ones to spicy, with some sourness, tart and sweetness. Quite peculiar and nice. Enjoyable.
