COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Klosterbryg er brygget på pilsnermalt, hvedemalt og karamelmalt. Det er krydret med tre forskellige typer af aromahumle, som matcher maltene. Dette er en øl med 6% alkohol, som er i stil med India Pale Ale.

Hazy amber with medium off white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity with caramel notes. Same goes for the flavor.

Bottle (50 cl), thanks jhagmar. Hazy golden, medium withe head. Weak fruity aroma with apricots and peaches. Spritzy mouthfeel, good balance with a dry and acidic fibish.

(on bottle) Rabling on with the odd naming; Klosterbryg?(Monastery Brew). The monks must have been taking a day off and a strange persons entered the brewhouse. Pale all over, not at all interesting, may brewhouses like this be haunted by the gost of Out-of-the-beer-making-industry.

From the conditioning tank at the Aarhus Bryghus. Cloudy yellow/orange, just a few off-white bubbles. Fresh candy hops, just a little ash. Lemony malt, soft bitterness, a little lingering orange pith.

Bottle. Small off-white fizzy head that was quickly goon. Spare lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma was very fruit with notes of peach and orange. Light malty feel with some caramel and maybe a hint of hops. Medium bodied with a light dry texture and an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light bitter and dry finish.

Tank - Very hazy yellow body, almost no head; Not a lot of aroma, what there is is very plain hop and malt; Quite hoppy bitter body, big carbonation on soft texture; The hop bitterness shows even more in finish, lots of soapy aromas.

From the tank at the brewery@OLiAarhus. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with a lacing white head. Slight spiced aroma, rather faint. Flavour is much like the extra pilsner but has a mild caramel sweetness. A slight spiced finish.

Golden colour with a small fizzy head. Citrus aroma. Flavor is completely dominated by a taste of lemon. Furthermore the body is quite watery and thin. I think it is a "radler" in disguise.
