COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Klosterbryg er brygget på pilsnermalt, hvedemalt og karamelmalt. Det er krydret med tre forskellige typer af aromahumle, som matcher maltene. Dette er en øl med 6% alkohol, som er i stil med India Pale Ale.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Hazy. Fluffy beige head. Is light herbal, citric and sweet in the nose. Is highly carbonated. Flavour has cocoa notes, is light hoppy and herbal and has some flowery notes. Ends on a light bitterness. Is rather dry and crisp, but seems to me to lack some balance. Pretty one dimensional.

God color and okay head, round feel in the mouth a bit fruity. Slightly watery and a bir too bitter for me.

Bottle. Fine head with lacings. Sour flavor. Hazy and golden. Sharp, but nice aroma, but with a flavour that doesn’t meet the expectations.

Bottle. Great fruity aroma. Flavor however is sour and with none of the bitterness that I expect from an IPA. What a disappointment.

Light hazy golden colour with a small white head. Malty, caramel sweet aroma with a faint hoppyness. Malty and fruity flavor with a light caramel sweetness.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2006 Brewed with inspiration from the English IPA. Nice white head. Hazy and golden body. Fresh aroma of oranges and hops. Taste notes of slight caramel and some hops. Madium bodied. Style between pilsner and IPA. Sour/ bitter finish.

Pours a hazy golden colour. Sweet with fruity aromas of cherries and spices. Also a hint of honey. Nice Co2 level. Light bitter finish.

Bottled. Hazy pale amber coloured. Rather unclean fruity aroma. Sourish fruit flavour with lactic notes. Not very pleasant.

Very nice tasting beer with perfect balanced bitterness. I also like the look of the Label on the bottle.
