600 ml bottle (summer 2010), from Voldby Købmandsgård-. ABV is 5%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, the beer is apparently fitered. Moderate but lasting white head. Ingredients include wheat malt, unrefined cane sugar, orange peel and coriander. In other words, kind of a hybrid between Belgian witbier and German Kristallweizen. Spicy aroma, notes of Belgian ale yeast, citrus and green apples. Refreshing flavour, tolerable hops with hints of coriander and citrus, some less pleasant dusty and metallic notes in the aftertaste.

Bottle 600ml.

Clear medium to dark orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light yeasty, fruity, klunke furniture - antique. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110315]

Bath foam for a wheat beer. The beer is filtered and so appear as clearly. Smells lightly of coriander. The taste is fairly thin and over again coriander clearly. it is a nontraditional wheat beer seems like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise slightly. difficult and somewhat boring beer category. (tastes like a good witbier should do)

Bottle. Clear yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is light hoppy with notes of caramel. The flavour is light hoppy and light spicy with notes of caramel.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Off white small head. Aroma of yeast, sweetness. Flavour of fruits, sweetness, yeast. Thin bodied. Dies immediately on the palate.

Bottle 60 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Clear deep golden with an off-white head. A little caramel, yeast and phenols in the nose. Light body, again a discreet yeastiness, fruit and caramel with a dry and slightly astringent finish. But quite drinkable. 100211

Bottle clear amber, smooth white head. mild malty aroma, faint wheat. flavor is malty, faint wheat, some bitter hop to balance. okay.

Bottle, thanks Pinball. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of malts and caramel with notes of citrus. Fruity flavour of caramel, hops, grass and citrus. Hoppy finish. Not bad, just boring.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemon, spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and straw. leading to bitter finish.
