CBF07 sample from 60 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a little head. Sweet wheat and slight sour aroma. Flavour is wheat, a bit like kaernemaelk. Finish is soft wheaty and malty. Apparently the filtering is done to improve the beer from going bad on bottles, I have to admit that there are too much butterflavour in this to call that a success - unfortunately.

Bottle. For a wheat beer the head is relativly small white and fluffy. Clear yellow body. Weak aroma of goodness knows what. Fruit? well I could not smell any. Flavor just as weak as the aroma, strangely enough it has a bit of bitterness. High carbonation, short aftertaste. I do not understand the purpose of this.

Bottle, pours clear, golden with a rather small, white head. Fair lacing. Weak, wheat nose. Flavour with wheat malt and notes of orange and coreander. Light bodied. Slightly bitter finish. Crisp and drinkable.
