Bottle (2006). Clear, ruby beer with a beige head. Sour, roasted nose with some chocolate. Acidic, lightly roasted and coffee-ish flavor. Thin to medium body, and a sour finish with lemon and roasted malt. The bottle was not past BB-date, so I guess for an infection. Quite bad. (070705)

Sep 27, 2008 Sampled at EBF2008. 2008 edition. Pours a darkbrown beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is roasted malt, coffee and licorice. The flavor is roasted malts and a little spices. The mouthfeel is roasted and overall impression is ok.

Very dark ruby color, small off-white head. Cocoa in the nose with some toffeish notes. Light, flat mouthfeel, cocoa, grassy hops. Light (for ABV) grassy stout.

May 30, 2008 Dark brown with a small off-white head. Toffee, caramel and chocolate in the nose. Thin grainy and dry flavour with some hay notes.

May 21, 2008 Dark brown with tiny beige head. Sweet with Notes of roasted malt, caramel, liquerice and coffee. No hops and some off notes.
caesar (2574), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands
May 19, 2008 Bottled, 2007 version, bought in Aarhus supermarket. Dark color, thin head. Aroma of some roasted malt, bit hop, some dark chocolat, laurel, but all quite thin. Taste is very very watery and boring, earthy.
