A very sour flavor and aroma like something went horrible wrong with cleaning the bottle. Not much else than tangy sourness. Brown in color with a small brownish head.

The head is robust, the body brown. It smells sweet, a bit hoppy. The taste is very sweet, malty, hoppy, different hoppy. OK 10/10/11/11/10/10

Bottle at Hamburger Craft Beer Day 2012, orangy-brown with a lacy head, slight nuttiness and caramel on the nose, body has a light roastiness and hints of red fruit, then a bitter aftertaste.

0.6 bottle. Strange scarlet color with a brownish hue, fine pillowy, white head of quite average retention. The aroma is malty but with uncanny addition of fruitiness, apples to be exact. Taste is delicate and definitely dry, somewhat sweet, also sour to a small extent, mostly toasted malts and some smoky flavors. Body is light with a slight indication to medium, texture thin, carbonation is average, however it tingles while swallowing. Finish is rather dull, slightly bitter and really short. All in all the beer is simple, dry and watery. I expected more from this fine brewery.

Aroma has berries, some chocolate and hints of vegetables. Flavour is dryish with berries, woody notes, some nuts and hints of chocolate. Not good.

Pours clear orange-red color with small head. Aroma of sweet caramel, malts, sweet apple juice, nutty notes and grass. Flavor of malts, goose berries, mild hay, nuts, some dark berry notes, some bread and mild toffee hints. Dry and a bit sticky sweet palate, dry finish.

Pours a brown head with a small white head. Aroma of cooked vegetables, nuts and some malts. Flavour is weak with notes of toasted malts, nuts, syrup, cooked vegetables again and light bitterness. Light bodied, low carbonation and a light, malty, nutty finish. Way too thin and has some off-flavours.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Caramel, nuts and grain. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle at KØ12. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Very small off-white head. The flavour is subtly caramelly, a bit watery.

Bottle. Pale amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, malt, fruit. Flavour is dry, sweet, roasted malt, fruit, hop, herbs, metallic. Medium body. Ordinary/Boring beer.
