bottle, vin-og-gaver.dk. Malt and toffee aroma, leading into a rich, fairly heavy tasting beer. Strangely enough, there’s some dry bark right at the back of the throat. It thins out a bit, once the initial oimpressions are out of the way, yet leaves a reasonable coating on the tongue. Dry leaves and a bit of tobacco come in midway, but it doesn’t develop much beyond that, although the finish can be quite chocolatey.

Amber with a small off-white head. Dusty malt aroma with a touch of caramel. Sweet malty flavour

Medium offwhite head. Clear deep dark brown body. Roasty spicy syrupy aroma with earthy notes. Dry-sweet resiny roasty caramelly taste with earthy toffee notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry resiny earthy toffee aftertaste with roasty spicy notes. Nice, drinkable, maybe a bit sweet. (0.6l bottle, Salling, Århus.)

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Clear nut brown, no head. Aroma of honey, boiled vegetables and cardboard. Sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel. More sticky molasses than roastiness. Low bitterness. Absolutely useless.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Aroma is mildly cheesy, earthy and also quite yeasty. Flavour is dark dry fruity, rather strong on the malts along with some herbal, earthy and wooden notes.

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Clear brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, sugar and nuts.

Clear red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark sugar. Flavor is very sweet og and light bitter. Medium body. Like most Aarhus Bryghus beers this is not bad but uninteresting. 290111

Amber-brown color, clear but dull; the head is initially large, but it reduces quickly to a small cap. Blindly, it has the same smell of any ordinary Lager. The flavor has limited caramel at least, light roasted nuts; very sad flavor anyway; the bitterness is low, the mouthfeel is quite dry. If not offensive, at least useless.

Bottle. Georgia may be sweet with notes of caramel and a semi bitter fisnish, but an impressive brew she is not.
