COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Skinnyviking (7062) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 18, 2013
Bottle. Low fluffy white and quickly disappearing head. Hazy amber body. Weak malt fruit aroma. Flavor is quite surprising as there is a kind of sour bitterness in the mild maltiness. Far from as sweet as feard. Low carbonation, short sweet finish.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA Beershop, Kolding. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small, creamy, film head. Aroma has sweet malts, light yeast, somewhat dusty. Medium carbonation, slightly dry and kinda watery. Flavour has mild malts, kinda crisp, light apple. Quite boring.

OleR (4802) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 6, 2012
Shared bottle @Papsoe’s. Low near-white head. Hazy yellow-orange body. Sweet-smelling malts and a light fruity and spicy scent to the nose. Clean, caramelly malt body. Subdued fruitiness. Mild spice tones. Light body. Finishes malty with light fruit tones. Absolutely drinkable, but is without the crispness characterizing a Kölsch. [14.07.12]

Taste at Papsoe’s Light orange, aggressive white head, spicy and fruity nose. Bit of overcarbonation masks the flavor. Mild fruit and light malt.
