Danish: Brown Ale er kendt af mange bryglande. Den amerikanske Brown Ale har med den mørke, søde, fyldige smag inspireret mange håndbryggere.
Aarup Bryghus Brown Ale, er en karamelfarvet øl med noter af chokolade og frugt som passer godt til bla desserter. Let kulsyre, noter af brændt karamel og let tør eftersmag.

Bottle, bought @ Guldbageren, Vissenbjerg. Pours a fine, dark brown with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma has caramel, chocolate, light grainy, some ashy notes. Highish carbonation, quite light and somewhat grainy. Flavour is mild sweet, some cocoa, a bit of yeast. A bit plain but a fine, malty bitterness in the finish.
