So they say take a Bayer at the first sign of a headache, but my head still hurts and I've drunk the whole thing! OK, if you're not from the US, you won't get that joke. Sipping this in a can as I type and it's a touch more bitter than I'd have liked. However, I'm a fan of dunkels and this is very malty and overall quite pleasant. Could do with less hops.

Nov 20, 2008 Little bottle. Dark amber color. Aroma is sweet malty. Flavor is malty, but some hoppy tones I can feel. More, more better than Aass fatöl.

Oct 15, 2008 Dark amber colour with a white head that disappears quite fast. Aroma of a bit burnt malts and hints of caramel. The flavour is sweet with toasted malt, caramel and some bitter hops. Been a favorite bayer for a long time

Dark ruby color, decent beige head, some lace. Light caramelly aroma with some grainy and toilet notes. Mouthfeel is unbalanced and metallic. Iron, coffee beans, grains, quick watery finish. Fizzy.

Oct 4, 2008 Canned (Thanks yngwie!). Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is grass, some malts and mild notes of rubber. Flavour is caramel, some rubber and mild vegetably notes.
