Gr0ve (1756) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 14, 2007
330 ml bottle. Dark copper colour with a reddish hue. Crystal clear. Small white head. Licorice and a bit münchener malt aroma. Not much aroma to speak of. Watery texture and little body. I remember this bees being much maltier and a lot sweeter. Low on the hops. Very disappointing in fact. Will have to try it again next season.

In my opinion this is the best Norwegian dark bock. Powerful malt, but it is well balanced with the hops. My first choice for the creamcakes.
