COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sweet, caramel aroma. Clean, crisp taste, and an almost dry aftertaste. Interesting and complex. Very flavorful with strong malt presence.

Tasted from the bottle, on 12/01/2013. Pours of amazing ruby brown, with a healthy foam, which has an ok retention. Aroma is of candy sugar, spices, mostly cloves and coriander, with faint honey notes in the end. Taste is overly sweet, honey character dominates, topped with different spices. Aftertaste is a bit tart. Worth to try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A brown coulored beer Aroma; Some corn on the nose, maybe some caramell? Flavour; Same as the aromas, with some hops and caramell. Too high carbonation

"2010 edition", bottle from local store. Pours a brown brew with an off-white head which quickly disappears. Nose is sweet. Aroma has hints of licorice, dark sweet fruits, malt. Good mouthfeel, but slightly watery. Nice balance, not sickeningly sweet. Pretty good "grocery store juleĝl", but not very exciting.

The smell certainly doesn’t give away the taste. I thought the beer would be more bitter, but I was pleasantly surprised.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2013 33 cl can. Superb look of dark red with hints of brown. Has large white head. Pretty neutral nose. Has aromas of caramel but sweetness is not all over other aromas. Carbonation is pretty low, longer after taste would be beneficial for brew. Still a good one.

The first taste seemed like a Vienna, but as it warmed, it was sweeter and maltier, like a bock. Had some fruity notes (raisins) and a little nutty.

This was a decent beer, but didn’t make me think of a Vienna. Sweet on the tongue and almost wood like. Not their best.
