COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sweet, caramel aroma. Clean, crisp taste, and an almost dry aftertaste. Interesting and complex. Very flavorful with strong malt presence.

Palme (1437) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 11, 2010
0.33l bottle from Meny. Pours a nice dark brown-red body with a quite thin quickly disappearing head. Nose is fresh fruits and burned malts - otherwise quite anonymous. Tastes quite blend. Some malt, thin caramel and week leather hints. Finishes off with a small bitter ending. All in all; Quite boring. (could have sworn the alcohol percentage was 4,7 - not 4,5 but that’s another story)

ClubGonzo (1943) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 26, 2010
Bottle from Lerøy Mat, Bergen. Pours a clear, bronze body with a small, quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is caramel and slightly roasted malts with some faint sour notes. Taste is mildly roasted malts with hints of caramel and grassy hops. Some metallic hints. Well balanced, but ultimately a pretty boring Christmas beer in my opinion.

Bottled. Amber coloured with a medium sized creamy head. Not very well balanced. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel. Grassy and slighly hoippy.

(33 cl bottle thanks to KnutAlbert) Unpleasant skunk like scent. Clear red brown color, tan head. Grainy taste. Low bitterness. Spritzy and thin mouthfeel. Not good.
