COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveja Lager, Tipo Pilsen Clássica de baixa fermentação, natural, não filtrada, de cor amarela claro, acentuado e refrescante sabor de lúpulo, com gosto leve e colarinho com espuma fina e consistente. Graduação Alcoólica 4,1%-Vol. “Produzida de acordo com a Reinheitsgebot”, Lei Alemã da Pureza de 1516. Qualidade Abadessa de fazer cerveja. (Todo o ano)

Drank at Brasil Brau 2009. The Best Pilsen I have drank here in Brazil. Nice Pale yellow color with a cream and dense white head, that keeps alive until the bottom of glass. Aroma with hop notes and a little bit of malt as well. Flavor is refreshing with a quite soft bitterness. Mouthfeel is refreshing with a soft bitterness at end. Good stuff!!

Uma boa pilsen, muito suave mesmo, cor amarela bem clara, espuma branca de boa formação. não consegui detectar o lúpulo. no sabor o malte prevalece.

Brasil Braw 2011. Provavelmente essa cerveja foi prejudicada pelo local ou pelo meu paladar. Não gostei do cheiro - um malte agressivo - o que pegou também no sabor - ruim num primeiro momento. Precisa ser novamente experimentada.

Agree with the folk below. Best Brazilian pilsen. A yellow beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is grassy and malty. Taste is malty and hoppy. Some hop spiceness and very refreshing. Really good pilsen
