As I drifted off towards blissful sleepy nirvana, this huge sparkler kissed me good night, with hazy amber colors, farmy lightly alcoholic nose, and a body of booze, dried sweet apples and other rich fruits, dried pears and raisins among them resting in a thick, acidic, champagne body....I will revisit you soon, master cider makers from the cold abbey to the north!

Dec 26, 2005 bottle. golden body with a decent fizzy head. nice aroma of rich sugary apples. soft carbonation with a somewhat dry apple flavour. well I can’t say I know much about ciders but I certainly enjoyed this tasty one.
