Gebrouwen tijdens volle maan... gedronken tijdens volle maan.. Fris zurig (citrus) achtig aroma. Mooie gouden kleur prachtig diep. Verassend goed!

Bottle, bought @Det Bette ølhus. Pours murky pale yellow with a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has sweet malts, vinious, doughy, esters, green apple. Low to medium carbonation, fat and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has good maltiness, vinious, green apple. Doughy malts. Simple.

A lot of coriander and florals here. Some light clove. Pours hazy yellow with OK head. Finish a little on the sweet side but this isn’t bad. Bottle.

Bottle at home. Slightly hazy blond with a thin white head. Not much aroma, slight yeast and grain. Taste is sweet with some balancing bitterness. Considering the strength, not too rich on the palate. The booze comes through very powerfully, adding nothing to the beer. Not bad, but wouldn’t bother with another.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Baelus, as Paix-Dieu Triple. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of sugar, pear, light peach, some cotton candy, light fruity acidity, alcohol. Flavour is medium sweet, white sugar, cotton candy, pear, peach, alcohol, malts, cookies, light spice, light floral, some citrus, light fruity acidity, some yeast, light bitter finish. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle. Pours hazy lightish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit and yeast, with notes of malt and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of fruit and malt, with hints of yeast and caramel and bitter, hoppy notes. Rough, estery aftertaste with fruitish hints. Warming alcohol presence. Quite agreeable but not near the top notch within the style.

Bottle, 10%. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is quite fruity to begin with. Turns citric, almost sour along with a decent bitterness. Alcoholic but not too boozy.

F: nice frothy white, lasting, gone and forms thin film. C: hazy opaque orange. A: sweet malty, sugar and some citrusy. T: malty, floral, citrusy, white sugar, some spicy, alcohol, yeast, too sweet for me but what make the beer unique and I agree with this is to brew the beer when there is a full moon this is great idea but this beer something very special but not bad.

Cloudy amber-orange colored, low to medium strong white head, nice lacing. Aroma is moderate sweet malty, candy sugar, a bit of funkiness. Taste is better than the nose, moderate+ sweet candy sugar, caramel, fruit. Medium bodied, medium carbonation.
