Aroma suave de ervas. O sabor é dominado pelo malte, só se percebendo a lupulagem bem ao final. Cerveja leve e boa de se beber.

Ótima blonde ale belga dessa tradicional cervejaria/brasserie. Cor amarelo-ouro, com ótima formacao de espuma, consistente. Aroma frutado, lembrando banana e outras frutas amarelas. Desce com corpo médio, gosto de frutas amarelas, bananas, pao, com baixo amargor. Final fenolico, retrogosto duradouro e ótima drinkability. Surpreendente!

(Bottle, Delirium Monasterium, Brussels, 20 Oct 2012) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, apricots, spicy hops and hints of honey. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, dried fruit, marzipan, marmalade and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite nice and tasty.

An easy-going blonde that is all the more easy-going for going light on the spice. Golden and sparkling with a rocky white head. Herbal grainy nose that even has a touch of grassy hop to it. Lightly sweet, softly bitter, lively and off-dry. Subtle and inoffensive spice accent. Quite drinable and usefully moderate in alcohol. Underrated, if unexciting.

Tasted an aged 2008 vintage from a 11.2oz bottle into tulip. It poured a mostly clear orange-amber color with spritzy white foam and some Belgian lace. Aromas of mild malt, maybe some pils, loads of caramel, lightly spicy Belgian yeast phenols. Rich, caramelly flavor as well, some oxidized residual sweetness, bread, very faint citrusy hops balance, a little cidery but not bad. At this point it resembles an Old Ale more than a Belgian blond, but it was okay.

33cl bottle @ home shared with dad. Hazy orange golden color, average sized dense off-white head. Smell lightly malts, some dried and overripe fruits. Taste malts and a light fruitpeel-bitterness with a hint of sour-fruityness or unripe fruits. Decently balanced flavours, but overall still a bit watery. Low to medium body, a bit fizzy carbonation.
