Bottle 705ml. A golden color with a foamy white head. A light understated citrus aroma, yeast, and flowers. Dry, cloves, pepper spiced. Rather tame but also easy to drink and never unpleasant.

33cl bottle: poured a somewhat dirty, cloudy yellow with yeast chunks in it. Slight gusher out of the bottle. Very little aroma. Just slight yeast. Flavor is pretty decent with some yeast notes and some spice, maybe a touch of coriander and clove. Lots of carbonation and it foams in your mouth. Decent.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Dark gold, no head. A pretty unexciting beer, hard carbonation. Some decent fruit. Not especially hoppy, some sting on finish. A little perfumed on aroma. Bit of sickly malt. Just not very good.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - labeled as Heylissem Blond Sur Lie - 11.2 oz bottle. Pours a murky light golden with a soft, silky but light white head. Aroma of white grapes, yeast and raw dough. Flavor has hints of spice, yeast, cake mix and a touch of citrus. Decently thick mouthfeel with just the right amount of carbonation. Nice little Belgian.

Bottle: Poured a golden color with a huge off white head. Aroma is citrus fruit along with spices and yeast. Taste was suprisingly malty but subsided to have that sweet fruit and spice. Finish is dry and hoppy.
