Fleeting honey aroma. Horrible strong metallic flavour. Watery texture. Some malts.

Aroma is toffee, not much else. Appearance brown in colour with nice tan head. Taste is super - spices, grapes, caramel, toffee. Palate is caramel-like, thick and rich. The tastes hang into the palate. Overall, quite sweet, but not too much!

Bottle at Kerstbierfestival Essen. Off white head on a red brown colored beer. Complex aroma and taste. Anice, cinnamon and alcohol. A bit smoky.

Kerstbierfestival Essen bottle: Very decent christmas brew with an fine selection of spices, and the colour of the brew is dark red.

Bottled at Horsens Beerfestival. Dark red with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, dry fruit and a acidulous. Flavor is sweet and sour, fruity and spicy. Interesting, quite plesent and a bit funky.

Corked bottle. Dark brown color, a head that disappears fast. Maple syrup and apple in the aroma. Thinnish, sweet, alcoholic. Apple syrup and cinnamon in the aroma. Disappointing.

Bottle@Home. Sweet raisin aroma. Reddish brown color, small beige head, few lace. Sweet, raisin, light bitter, some melon. Sticky and smooth. Not exceptional but very pleasant.

Bottled@Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is mild caramel with some mild hints of metal. Flavour is caramel, sweet malts, red berries and some hints of nuts. Slight metallicness in the finish.
