Jul 8, 2008 75cl bottle from Habersham Liquors (Savannah, GA). Pours a hazy caramel/dirty brown color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, candy sugar, spice, faint hay and grass notes. Somewhat light and watery body with little notes on finish. Flavor is somewhat bland for a tripel with hints of yeast, bread, and slight honey coming through. Tinge of bitterness as the beer warms.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, light bread, moderate to light heavy yeasty, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Apr 3, 2008 Small white head with a tan sun color to it, smell is citric and small aroma of fruits and spices. Water down in taste, just some sweetness going on on the palate leave s a mellow citrus taste

Apr 2, 2008 Pour is hazed golden yellow with lots of active carbonation and a frothy white head...smell is lightly citric and faintly spiced with hints of coriander and lots of yeast...not much going on in the flavor department, which was disappointing...lightly sweet with hints of citrus...watery body...watery but incredibly carbonated...lightly yeasty aftertaste...
