Malty aroma with apricot. Sweetish malty flavor. Somewhat dusty, peach. A bit alcoholic and sugary. Very light bitter and fruity (peach from the tin) aftertaste.

Bottle, bought @ Pivni Gallerie, Prague.
Pours a clear, pale golden with a small, frothy, off-white film head. Aroma is grainy, some yeast and a touch of lime. Fine frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, lightly tart with some oranges. Quite fine beer, but nothing exceptional.

Heylissum Tripel is clear gold with a rocky white head. Great dry peppercorn, salty, dusty pale malt aroma. Light frothy mouthfeel. Simple, straight forward flavors of dusty pale malts with a spicy, yeasty finish. 75cl bottle with a 5/30/2008 drink by date.

75cl bottle from Habersham Liquors (Savannah, GA). Pours a hazy caramel/dirty brown color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, candy sugar, spice, faint hay and grass notes. Somewhat light and watery body with little notes on finish. Flavor is somewhat bland for a tripel with hints of yeast, bread, and slight honey coming through. Tinge of bitterness as the beer warms.
