Creamy white excellent mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty heavy hopy aroma. Very fruity. Nice moderate bitter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily fizzy palate.

May 11, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet fruity with a light underlying malt note. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit, while the mouthfeel is very sparkling due to a very high level of carbonation.

Pours hazy amber with a small, frothy grey-white head. Okay lacing. Aroma is softly yeasty with some caramel. Okay mouthfeel, despite a relatively high carbonation. Flavour is lightly sweet, fine yeastiness and good caramel notes. Unsophisticated, but nice.
