Bottled, alc. 7.8% (BB 03/2005)
Hazy orange color, huge creamy white head, lace. Aroma has fruityness and hints of balsamico. Soft mouthfeel, yeasty and hoppy finish with earthy and fruity notes. Quite standard, drinkable but not really unforgettable.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy roma. Slightly sour. Moderate bitter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Not so many licorice notes. Oily palate.

Cloudy orange colour. Fruity and sweet aroma. The flavour is yeasty and sweet with a dryish finish.

Blonde cuivrée. Assez caramélisée, plutôt épicée, légèrement sucrée et fruitée sur le retour.

A little thin and quite dry. However pretty well balanced. Quite spicey and pretty complex.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2003 Orange colour, cloudy appereance. The head is thin, not persistent but really creamy. Sweet aroma, with caramel, vanilla and some fruity (strawberry) notes. The flavour is delicate, very yeasty, a bit sour (citrus notes) and with a balanced sweetness (honey, burnt sugar, chocolate). Fruity aftertaste (raspberry and strawberry) just a bit salty. Quite different from the others I've tried before.

Shared this one w/SkyCop32. Pours a bright golden yellow color. Aromas of hops, fruit, and a little yeast. Has a light lemony taste, with some yeastynotes, and a good hop flavor.

On bottle 75cl. It seemed nothing really special to me. Anyway it was the best beer I could buy when I was in a lacking shop! The malt taste is very present. Very persistent froth, fruity and cloudy red coloured. A lot of sediments were present.

Wüstes Aufbrausen beim Einschenken des Bieres. Nach dem sich das gelegt hat, bemerke ich einen malzig-weinartigen Geruch, beinahe auch likörmäßig. Malzig-karamelliger Auftakt, welcher einem nussigen Mittelteil weicht. Das Ende gibt sich holzig und spritig nachhallend. Gehaltvolles Strong Ale. Ziemlich schwer.
