Cloudy amber; nicely formed head; Aroma shows pepper, bread, apricot, brown sugar. Spritzy. Yeasty, malty, complex palate (peach, pear, pepper, styrians). Dryish finish - nice.

Massive head and lace lasting forever, topping a clear, cold golden body...malty-sweet caramel nose touched by lemons and orange leads to a luscious mouthfeel full of fat bursting cherries and baked apples oozing their juices...tailing off to a dry, herb-enveloped hoppy-bitter finish.

Cloudy golden color, big head. Sweet and spicy aroma. Sweet and a bit sour yeasty taste. Sweet quite lasting palate.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2005 Bottled as Auveloise. Malty aroma with a hint of citrus. Light hazy, light amber color, white head, very nice lace. Light sweet, malty, pretty hoppy, herbal finish. Medium body, light dry, clean and very drinkable.

Large white full lasting foamy head. Light amber color. Aroma is fruity (apricots) with spicy and herbal notes. Flavour is fruity too with candy and pears tones, ending in a delicate fruity finish. Medium to full bodied.

Very sweet citrus and spicy smell. Yellow/orange coloured; cloudy. Orange taste, spices, some yeast and sweet. Sweet palate.

750 ml bottle, Hazy honey gold hue, with a rocky foamy white head, with good lacing, yeasty, fruity, floral hops, hint of honey, pale malt, sweet bready malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with fruity, sweet apple note, honey, pale malt, mellow alcoholic warmth accent leading to a dry hop bettering finish.
