Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a huge white head. Aroma is quite spicy, slightly alcoholic and some yeast and fruits also. Also some slight sugary sweet notes. Flavour is bigtime fruits, spices and some yeast. Mild acidicness, and leaves a dry palate. Pleasantly balanced and quite easy to drink.

It has a very nice aroma with a ligth bitter taste. It leaves a light fruity taste on the palate afterwards. It’s colour is blond and very clear if you don’t take the yeast. Very plaesant to drink!

Good old school Belgian blond. massive fizzy head early but settles very quickly. Good lift on the nose with coriander and spice, and perhaps an underlay of candy. Slightly more pedestrian to taste as the sweet spice note character falls away to leave a mildly bitter finish with licorice. Very line and length, and hard not to like a little bit.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear bright golden, average head. Concentrated citric nose with plenty of physalis. Sweet with clean mouthfeel, some crackers and dust. Drier, somewat empty finish. No bitterness. After the lovely aroma it sort of dies.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Hazy, pale golden with a tall, dense, white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet fruit - also some overripe fruit - and a whiff of yeast. Dry finish. 120108

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast and a touch of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of yeast, spices, and citrus, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. [Great two day tasting session @ Papsoe] Huge fine egg-white head that mostly lasted. Light cloudy orange / yellow color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of grain, caramel, fruit, citrus. Over the palate somewhat cookie like feel. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Sweet fruity finish.
