| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2009 Slightly hazy dark straw. Herbal-lemon balm, coriander leaf nose is slightly hoppy and yeast. Fun. Palate is dynamic but still shows some pepper notes. Lots of perfumey coriander. Not bad balance. Finishes herbal and with a dryness that shows gin, hop and alcohol. Interesting, approachable abbey ale.
