Good old school Belgian blond. massive fizzy head early but settles very quickly. Good lift on the nose with coriander and spice, and perhaps an underlay of candy. Slightly more pedestrian to taste as the sweet spice note character falls away to leave a mildly bitter finish with licorice. Very line and length, and hard not to like a little bit.

Bottle: Huge head!, starts peachy, sweet and fruity. Cloves lining and spicey dies down mid bottle and ends a bit flat.

At vonk slijterij zaandam, bottle 330ml (100ml left after i did open the bottle) light golden, huge eXXXploding carbonation head, maybe i had to be more carefull with the bottle,...nice grainy and some fruits like grapefruits, some caramel and spices, nice one.

Bottle. Very yeasty aroma, sour-fruity, reminds me a little bit of bread. The head is big, white and foamy, it diminishes fast and stays normal big. The body is clear and yellow. The taste is quite bitter and unfortunately metallic, the duration is rather long. The carbonation is quite lively, the beer is medium heavy and creamy-dry.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Murky gold with a good white head. Sweet lightly spiced aroma. Light bodied, light malts, touch of grass, fresh with a nice bitterness. Good blond.

Looked pretty good, with a mass of foam on top that lasted quite a while. Aroma of pizza dough and bubblegum initially, but on tasting it was all just sweet sugars and maybe a little buttery. Flavour was quite sweet, although strangely dry at the same time, particularly in the finish. A little over carbonated, and not quite coping with the alcohol IMHO.
