Blond color. Dry Ale, with a spicy aroma (cloves and coriander), a touch of dry liquorice (rare in Blonds) and a strong bitterness. Drinkable.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Hazy, pale golden with a tall, dense, white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet fruit - also some overripe fruit - and a whiff of yeast. Dry finish. 120108

Short lasting head on a dull yellow body. Light spices and sweetness on the aroma. Citrus in the taste, a little thin in body, overall a little bit boring.

Clear piss yellow with a good lasting egg white head. Aroma is of wheat, yeast, spices. Very dry & herbal taste. Body is just medium, almost closer to watery. Very dry and bitter end. Certainly not very interesting!

Looked pretty good, with a mass of foam on top that lasted quite a while. Aroma of pizza dough and bubblegum initially, but on tasting it was all just sweet sugars and maybe a little buttery. Flavour was quite sweet, although strangely dry at the same time, particularly in the finish. A little over carbonated, and not quite coping with the alcohol IMHO.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2008 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear bright golden, average head. Concentrated citric nose with plenty of physalis. Sweet with clean mouthfeel, some crackers and dust. Drier, somewat empty finish. No bitterness. After the lovely aroma it sort of dies.

Cloudy light golden poor with a foamy off-white head. Aromas of apples, white wine, citrous, and yeast. Palate is nicely bitter, medium body with a good effervescence. Added flavors of cinnamon, pepper and coriander. Nothing wow.

Hazy gold with a decent white head. Medium carbonation - a bit frothy on the tongue. Sweet, malty, slightly spicy with a dry finish.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a murky golden colour with a good size head and normal carbonation. Smell is very fresh and fruity, lots of fruits there like apples and oranges. Taste is about the same with also a vague presence of the yeast, not too much, just right.
