Ale belga modesta, di statura industriale ma comunque buona; credo sia entrata nel giro bièretheque, ce la siamo divisa di fronte ad una classica pizza napoletana a Gorizia in Via Bernini.

Yellow like pee and a bit hazy. Faint, slimy head. Aroma is pretty weak. Pilsner type malts and soggy grains. Flavor is severly lacking in depth or any sort of character.

At a tasting, thanks Dror, pours hazy light honey color with a nice white head that lives a nice lacing, flavor of honey, baked bread, pretty flat but satisfying, flavor of bread, biscuit, butter and honey, light bodied.

Pours very golden, fizzy head which disappears quickly. Yeasty aroma. Kind of sweet, tastes very bitter. Hop, yeast in the flavour, which is over very quickly. Quite boring.

Bottle. Very yeasty aroma, sour-fruity, reminds me a little bit of bread. The head is big, white and foamy, it diminishes fast and stays normal big. The body is clear and yellow. The taste is quite bitter and unfortunately metallic, the duration is rather long. The carbonation is quite lively, the beer is medium heavy and creamy-dry.

Light citric fruitiness and sweetness. Medium-low bitter. Touch of spicy character - coriander and licorice. Hazy yellow body with big head and high carbonation. Dry and carbonated but empty finish. Quite drinkable.

Yellow body, a very big white head, holds ok, sticks nice to the glass. Could hold a bit longer... Smell is a bit unpleasant, a bit like burned plastic comes trough, some sweetness, earthy. Not my smell. Taste is a bit watery, sweet-sour that goes to a biterness. Not completly my thing. Good carbonation. Drinkeable, but not completly balanced. Dry aftertaste.

Tap at Paradiso Georgetown. Poured a cloudy light yellow with a medium, eggshell head. Very nice white lacing. Aroma is pound cake mix, flour, old caramel green apple, acetaldehyde . Taste is chalky, powdery, lots of green apples. Just riddled with flaws.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks Dror. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of honey, fruits, yeast and light graininess. Sweetish fruity flavor with some honey. Light-medium-bodied.

Bottled 330ml. -from Brasserie Henry, Budapest.
Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, slight spicy and metalic nose. Malty, slight yeasty and mild fruity with salty notes, but in general here’s lack of everything.
