Bov (4659), Bienne, Switzerland Oct 1, 2007 courtesy of my parents - translucid golden-amber colour with a little stable foam, nice lacing; esters and spices, notes of oranges; sweet and medium-bodied, rather high carbonation; the finish is a bit herbal and fruity - not bad but simplistic
note666 (226), Eindhoven, Netherlands Oct 13, 2008 250 ml bottle. yellow colour. small white head. taste is disapointing, weak. won’t buy it again I think. Bart (1402), Vosselaar, Belgium Oct 11, 2008 Light amber coloured beer with some very light carbonation and a small but diminishing white head. Sweet malty aroma with some light fruity yeasty hints. Medium to full palate. Finish is light bitter sweet malty with a light alcoholic sweet yeasty touch. Not bad but nothing special either. sebletitje (404), Tampa, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2008 25cl bottle.
Pours golden with a white head.
Taste is malty and hoppy, lightly fruity (citrus) it drinks like a cheap pilsner. I found the taste to be ok, but it was nothing spectacular, had too much of the pislner after taste.
A let down by Brasserie Lefevre, I expected something better for an abbey beer. TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Aug 14, 2008 Bottled 25cl (BB 06/2009)

Clear golden color (a bit amber shady), small white head. Grainy, sweet malty, a bit fruity nose. Caramelly malty, harsh citrusy, grassy hoppy flavor with bitterness in the aftertaste. Unbalanced mix of sugars, cheap hops and alcohol. SHIG (1557), Oberoffligen, Germany Aug 13, 2008 Bottle: Poured a clear rusty golden color with a off white cream head. Aroma burns th nose with alcohol and malt. Taste is citrusy with a bitter hop bite and grass finish.
